CCS wins 7 state awards for communications
Campbell County Schools was awarded 7 state awards for quality communication by the Kentucky School Public Relations Association. The district's public relations department received first place awards for calendars and miscellaneous printed materials, second place awards for miscellaneous printed materials and two separate news releases, and an honorable mention for academic achievement programs. In addition, Casey Gesenhues, a 2nd grade teacher at Crossroads Elementary (pictured with KYSPRA President Susie Hart), received a first place award for short videos. The awards were presented at the annual KYSPRA fall conference in Lexington.
