Logging On
* Go to Campbell County Web Page at www.campbellcountyschools.org
* Click For Our Staff> WebMail
* Type your username in the Log On box. (I.e. Efudd@campbell.k12.ky.us) Press
Enter Key
* Type in your Outlook (email) Username (I.e. EFudd) and Password. Click
OK
* You have logged into WebMail.
Checking Email
* Move your mouse over the name and click when you see
the Internet pointer (hand)
* To check for new mail click the Check New Mail icon (3rd
from the left)
Reply
* Within the message, click the Reply icon1. Type your
message at the top of the page
2. Click Send (Envelope)
Send New Mail
* Click on the New Mail message icon (1st from the right)
* Type in the name of the person you are trying to email
in the To box. (I.e.Bird, Tweety)
* Type in a subject and the message.
* Click Send
* It may prompt you to pick between several similar names
or you may need to type the exact address.
