Open Outlook
Click on New (This will start a Wizard to set up the new profile)
**If New is not an option contact your STC for help**
Take off the checks in front of Microsoft Mail and Internet Mail
Click Next
For Profile Name type the users name (I.e. Brian)
Click Next
For Microsoft Exchange Server: type e091000n0 (those are all zeros)
For Mailbox: type the user’s first initial and last name (I.e. bmercer)
Max of 8 letters
Click Next
Answer No to the travel question
Click Next
For Personal Address Book, take out the letters that spell mailbox and insert
the user ID.
(I.e.bmercer)
Click Next
Click Finish
Changing the Profile Name to your name
Select your name in the Profile Name
Click Options
Check "Set as default profile and Click OK
The first time into your profile, if your ID is not unique in the state you will
be prompted to Check Name
Select your name and then use the Properties button to verify
Click OK
Logging into Outlook
You will see the following box each time you log into Outlook
Once your User Name, Domain Name and Password have been entered, click OK
Changing the Password
Within Outlook click Tools--Options
Select the Manage Forms tab
Click Password
