1. Test scores will increase (CATS, ACT, etc.)
2. Employee turnover will decrease
3. Attendance to school and extracurricular events will increase
4. Number of disciplinary referrals will decrease
5. Membership and participation in school clubs, activities, and organizations will increase
6. Positive publicity will increase
7. Community involvement will increase
