INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT
YOUR COURSE REQUEST FORM:
Please read the course catalog. It contains valuable information about courses, such as prerequisites, recommendations, amount of credit for courses, etc.
PLEASE PRINT!!!!!
Make informed (see #1) class selections on this form. Schedule changes are RARELY possible once the scheduling process is complete. Pay special attention to your alternate selections. You WILL be scheduled into these classes if your first choices are not available.
Have your parent/guardian sign the form in the designated place. This is mandatory!
Make sure to have your teachers sign for classes where this is required.
If you have questions, ask a teacher, administrator, or guidance counselor.
These forms MUST be turned in to your English teacher by Friday, March 7 th . If not, your requests will be moved to the bottom of the stack and you will be scheduled after everyone else, meaning that you probably won't get the courses you request. |
