The Campbell County RCX Regional Competition will be hosted at Crossroads Elementary School.

Students: Upon arrival, there will be a volunteer to guide you to the cafeteria where you will find the table for your team. Please remain at the table to meet your team members and begin preparing for the competition.
Coaches: There will be a registration table for coaches. When your team members have arrived, please pick up the packet of information for your team(s). Only pick up packets/information for teams that have arrived. This is how we will know if there is a no show the morning of competition. If you know that one of your teams will not be able to participate, please let us know as early as possible so that we can plan accordingly in our schedule. If any of your teams will not be able to attend/participate please send an email to: CCS.RCXRobotics@campbell.kyschools.us.
Letting us know prior to the morning of the competition will help to eliminate gaps in the schedule.
Parents/Guardians and Guests: Please sit in the bleachers in the gym/competition area prior to and during the competition. The cafeteria area will get busy with all of the teams preparing for the competition. Only team members that are competing and coaches can be on the competition area of the floor. There is not an admission fee for the competition.
Concessions will be offered throughout the competition.

The first competition run will begin at 9:00.
8:00 - Doors open for registration
8:30 - All teams must be registered by 8:30
8:35 - Coaches Meeting
8:50 - Begin to line up for the 1st round
9:00 - Round 1 begins
- When the teams and schedule for each round are finalized, the schedule will be updated.
- Each team will have three runs and all three runs will be scored.
- The team will take their score sheets to the table and present to the judge. It is the responsibility of the team/coach to make sure the score sheet for each round is completed.
- 15-20 minutes will be needed at the end of the last round to finalize scoring and determine the winners in each category.
- There will be a brief Awards Ceremony to announce the winners.
The 1st and 2nd place in each division (elementary, middle and high) will be invited to compete at the STLP State Championship.
