Are you in need of housing repairs?

Are you a homeowner whose home is in need of some desperate repairs? Are you struggling to find the money to fix them? There is a group of volunteers coming to NKY in June, to do just that by performing outside home repairs, building ramps, roofing, etc.

If this sounds like a service you could benefit from, please contact one of the Youth Service Center or Family Resource Centers at any of the schools and we can begin the application process for you.

District transportation impacted by Ohio River flooding

As many of you are aware, we are experiencing flooding issues in our area due to the Ohio River rising.  We have received notice from our county road department that several roads are closed along our busing routes.  These roads include: Oneonta at Washington Trace, Oneonta, Truesdell, Fender, Dodsworth and Uh.They anticipate the closure of 8 Mile and Route 8 at River Road in the very near future.

Families who live along these routes should feel free to access bus transportation at any of our other pick-up locations as necessary. Also, please note that these road closures will affect bus transportation within the school district until the roads reopen and we ask for your patience as we may experience scheduling delays.

If you should have questions, please contact our Transportation Department at 635-2161.
